Windows 7 - Language Pack

Do you know who is contributing to Windows Seven Language Pack? Is it open source so everyone could help to translate? How to do that?

i would assume it is microsoft supplying the LP'S so i would not think they would be open source

Microsoft has a dedicated business representation for this called the 'Microsoft Language Development Centre', part of the Microsoft development centre. These are located across the globe and are often attached to local Microsoft offices. Was there any particular centre or language that you were particularly interested in?
