There is a way to just open it without pressing 'Run as admin' all the time ~
Type in the name of the program in the start search menu, right click it and press 'Copy'. Right click on the desktop, and select 'Paste as shortcut'.
Right click the shortcut on the desktop, and select properties.
Go to the 'Compatibility' tab.
Near the bottom, check 'Run this program as 'administrator'. Now just drag and drop this shortcut onto the taskbar.
It might still be a pain in the a** doing this every time for every new program but it does stop the frustration of right clicking all the time
