Expanded Taskbar Wont Stay Thru' Reboot

I've noticed that if I choose to have an expanded taskbar as in the attached thumb, it doesn't stay that way through a reboot and I have to do it all over again despite locking it.

Just an FYI.

OK - false alarm, it did stay as I set it the fourth time around...I know, don't even ask.
