Windows 7: Does Windows7 allow portrait/landscape views?

Does Windows7 allow portrait/landscape views?

On my Toshiba M400 tablet i can rotate the screen to get the portait view.

I have seen a non-tablet acer be able to rotate the screen but my HP laptop i cant rotate the screen at all

whats the best driver for the 965 express chipset?

Take a look here. Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display\Screen Resolution. I have an option for portrait or landscape. This may be a function of the video driver though as I also have that option through the Nvidia control panel.

Another way to get to the landscape option is to right click on the desktop > screen resolution > orentation
