Windows 7: Build 7000 "files waiting to be burned to disc" problem...

Every time I log into windows (build 7000) I always see this in the corner of my task bar





No matter what i do I cannot get it to stop appearing. I have tried clicking on it and when it goes to bring up a window the window doesn't load and just freezes showing me a blank white window. When I put a disc in and then restart my computer I then click on this bubble and it starts to reformat my disc for me so I can burn whatever it is that is waiting, but instead it freezes telling me it is not responding.

Can anyone help me?

OMG! Thank you so much! I didn't even think of looking in the tutorials for that one! It was really getting annoying!

Tried doing the tutorial but did not help.My problem is it"s my C: drive files.It says I can not delete the file because it is open somewhere else. How can I delete the file to be burned?

Restart the computer and try the tutorial again to see if that may help.

Sorry but that was a no go.Still won't let me delete the c: drive files waiting to be burned.I am afraid if I do something to the c: drive files my hard drive won't work.Is this right?

You might see if using the free program Unlocker may be able to let you delete them in the area in the tutorial.
