Where did the accessability features go?

I run a desktop with XP. I have selected the "high contrast 2" feature due to my vision problems. :)
My new laptop has windows 7 and I am unable to find anything that will give me the dark background that I enjoy on XP.
Is there such a feature on 7?

    Will this help at all?

Adjust your monitor's brightness and contrast

I know how annoying this must be, hope that we can resolve your problem.

If the above suggestion doesn't work for you then maybe you could press:

Alt + Left Shift + Print Screen button

    Welcome blind bruce,
If you right click on the desktop, pesonalize, then choose a high contrast theme.

Also in control panel there is the ease of access center.

    Hope that helps you out.

Several very good suggestions. Give them a try and if they do not work, your team will try to come up with other ideas.

The jpegs from derekimo and all other pages I want to read, have a white background. The glare prevents me from seeing any printing on those pages. I finally got the desktop background a less glaring color but all the pages have the white background.

    Bruce,

Try holding down Alt, the left Shift button, and the Print Screen button at the same time and then press ok when the screen pops up

You guys sure know your stuff. The alt/l shift / print screen did the trick!!!
Now I can see what I am doing and try to learn this new system.
    Many thanks,
