Can not remove Corrupt Folder my My Documents

I have windows seven home premium on a lenevo 3000 N100.

I was running Super Anti spyware free edition and it said that a folder in my documents which contained 2 MP3 files and 2 image files was corrupt. I know it was not like that to begin with as I downloaded it on Jan 7 and have listened to the songs a few times since then. I can't delete it because it is corrupt. It recommends I run chkdsk. I go to it by going to my computer, drive c, properties, tools, check disk. Then it says it can't run it when windows is in use and asks if I'd like to schedule a scan the next time I turn on my computer. I have restarted and shut down my computer atleast 5 times now and it will not start that scan, it'll just boot up like it normally would. Am I doing something wrong, or is there another or easier way to do this?

Try this, take ownership of the file and see if you can delete it.

Did you try MalwareBytes, Under the tools tab there's file assassin that unlocks and deletes files. Malwarebytes.org

I have that program as well. Just tried it. An error message popped up saying that file is corrupted or unreadable.

I downloaded that file twice now and Microsoft Security Essentials detected a trojan both times.

    Hi, try this.

    Disk Check

And when you have finished doing the check on your disk use this.

I'll see if it works, I'm a little iffy to try scan related things at the moment because I'm on campus and don't have much time in between classes for most of the day. I'm not sure if theres something "locking" it I've tried switching the permissions on it too and still no luck. I don't wana worry about fixing it, I just want the damn thing deleted!
