Windows 7: Having Issues Copying

I am trying to copy and overwrite some files on a Windows Mobile device with my Windows 7 box. I can still do it fine through Windows XP but get errors through Windows 7 everytime I try. The error is 'You do not have permission to create this item'. Any ideas??

Try going to the folder, right click, go to properties, security, then go to change permissions. Hope it works.

If that does not work, you may also try this
Run as Administrator[2]=Security

This will show you how to take ownership, if needed in this situation or in the future.
