Windows 7 - taskbar and control panel issues

| | taskbar and control panel issues Windows 7 home premium When my computer "comes back" from screensaver, the taskbar is missing. Also when I click start, control panel, it does not open. Wondered if the 2 things are somehow related so posted both here |

| Vista and Windows7, sometimes Ubuntu and Fedora | Maybe your taskbar got hidden. Run your cursor all the way down on the screen and see whether it shows up. Then right click on it and lock it. |

| | I have not seen this problem but if you turn off the screensaver does the taskbar stay visible? |
