    Changing Theme when Maximized

I have noticed that the whole theme, Windows Aero (Sky), changes when a fullscreen application is launched. This is annoying not only because I have two monitors but it also slows the loading of video or games down while it switches. The same thing happened with Windows Vista and I used VistaGlazz to stop the switch: I have tried the same thing again though this does not solve the problem. Any help?

Also is there anyway that you can 're-add' the 'Move' option on the right click menu off the taskbar? I always found the right click move to be quite useful.

P.P.S/ There is also one pixel moment on the mouse cursor when it is 'Loading', up and to the left, anyway to fix this?

Windows does that to decrease the resources used by the system, this is a good thing when you are playing a game for example! Why you would want to disable this feature?

I have two graphics cards, one for each display, they can easily handle playing two games simultaneously: Although I don't play two games at once I do watch videos and HD videos whilst playing games. Other things such as working on one monitor and watching video on another or playing a games on one screen and working on another, though this only works with some games such as Fallout 3. All changing the Windows Aero theme does is slow dow loading of games and videos whilst using less resources, but I have resources to spare which is why I am choosing looks over performance.

So is there any way to stop this from happening?

This also causes programs such as SMPlayer (MPlayer) when switching between videos to load the transparent theme back, only to then again change it. This MASSIVELY slows down the process as everything has to wait for every program to change themes and then back again. Then when the video resumes it is out of sync by about a second or so. It results in watching for example a series of shows or music videos the A/V are constantly out of sync with one another. I am desperate for a resolution.
