    Try contacting the SSD manufacturer for any troubleshooting steps they might have, as well. If it is a known problem, they may have solutions for it. Let us know either way. :)

    Ok, so I wanted to post an update as a thank you for all the awesome you have given me. I ended up updating the firmware on the SSD (OCZ vortex plus in case anyone else has issues.) and reinstalled windows from scratch. knock on wood, it's been two weeks and I haven't had any issues at all yet. From reading the OCZ forum it seems like the SSD firmware was having issues with corrupted data. Anyway, it appears to be sorted out, and I really appreciate the help you guys chimed in with. Especially you writhziden.

    Yeah, the OCZ drives have had a lot of issues from what I've seen in the crashes section of these forums. I'm glad to see the company is starting to get some of those problem sorted out. I'm especially glad that you were able to obtain help with your drive. :) You are welcome for the assistance.

    Problem : your internet security settings prevented one or more files from being opened
    solution:
    1. Create another user (admin example A)
    2. Switch to the newly-created user
    3. Run regedit (typing it in run)
    4. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
    5. Right-click -> export to C:\ drive as .reg
    6. Switch back to your original account
    7. go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Internet Settings (
    delete internet setting)

    8. Run the exported .reg
    9. Restart.
    I could not apply this solution because i could not create a new admin user in normal and safe mode both. If i can, i hope this solution will work for me. I tried to create in control panel. Is there any other method to create a new user profile?

    Actually the solution is very very simple. It has got to do with Internet Explorer Settings.

    Just see this video:-
