Once installed the windows 7 ultimate honor and I have a problem because the fix can not be opened as du programa as likely to regulate this
I have this problem because the step can not make more than 4 5 why does this happen with programs that help newly installed and I have not idea how to fix this because in windows 7 I am a beginner

Did you Click on the "For more information".
What version of W7 are you running -- Home Basic / Starter I think only allows a certain number of concurrent applications / processes to run.

Is that not maybe something to do with the build that you're running? I see a 'Send Feedback' link in the top right corner, which means you're either running Beta or RC1... I ran build 7000 (beta) for a week or so on my PC when it came out, but I never really had more than 3 programs running on it, so I don't know if that's the reason.
It would appear that you are running the first Beta version of Win 7. Your attachment indicates the version is from 2008, big problem. Also, your system is a little under powered since you are using a P4 processor with only 1 Gig of ram. Even with a 32 bit processor you need at least 2 Gigs of ram.
Upgrade your system and get a newer copy of win 7, then you won't have this problem. Good Luck, and Welcome to the Seven Forums.

Windows 7 Starter Edition is limited to a maximum of 3 running applications at any one time.
Type System Information into your start, search bar, click on System Information and take a screen shot of the System Summary that is provided and upload that for us.
