Must set screen resolution to at least 800x600

This happened today when I clicked on a program that I've never had problems with before. I got the message above. When I went to Control Panel to check on resolution it was set to 1366 x 768. I don't know what I might have done wrong. I have been fiddling with the appearance settings. The program is
"C:\Bridge Base Online\NetBridgeVu.exe"

I tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it. Didn't work. I'm wondering if I need to restore default settings, but I can't find out how.

My first time to post to the Forums. I'm not very knowledgable.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

Your software may not support a wide screen monitor?? When starts it is checking the resolution and may be expecting 800x600 or 1024x768 etc. Your 1366x768 does not match so it gives you the error. See if you can set your resolution to 1024x768 and do a test (run your software at the 1024x768 resolution). I know it will look bad but you just need to do it for the test.

Let us know.

Working now

I hadn't set wide screen in the program, which caused the conflict. Using full resolution now and all is good.

Thanks for the help!

Cheers.
