my mouse curser goes huge then my screen goes weird I got windows 7 ultimate 32 bit about 3 weeks ago.
When I start my computer up, the mouse curser is either bigger than usual when i type my password in, or it is bigger when i am eventually in. when the mouse is bigger everything is slower, like for instance the right click menu take forever to load.
about a minute or so, my screen goes wierd, and everything is messed up.
I switch my computer off by the plug, for the power button on the computer doesn't work. it gives me a choice of safe mode...etc. i choose safe mode, then restart my computer in safe mode, on most occasions this helps, on others it doesn't.
sometimes i have sat for a half an hour restarting my computer in safe mode, leaving it for ten minutes and restarting it again.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | My System Specs |

Lets check the most important thing first, then we can work on the problem if not found with this attempt If you are able to do this with your problem
Run a full anti virus scan
Download and run malwarebytes. http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
If you are not able to even perform these tasks let us know and we will repair using other methods.
Let us know that happens. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell XPS 420 OS Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, clean install, upgrade disc CPU Intel Core2 processsor Q8200(2.33Ghz 1333FSB) Quad Core Tech Motherboard Dell Memory 6 gb Graphics Card ATI Radeon 256MB HD3650 Sound Card Intergrated 7.1 Channel Audio Monitor(s) Displays Dell SP2009W 20" Keyboard Dell USB Keyboard Mouse Dell Premium Optical USB Cooling Fan Hard Drives 640 GB Serial ATA Hard drive Internet Speed DSL 2.85 |

If you have Bitdefender, I think that is the full package, checks for malware and virus. Just run a full scan with that, forget malwarebytes and get back with the results. Run the full or total scan. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell XPS 420 OS Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, clean install, upgrade disc CPU Intel Core2 processsor Q8200(2.33Ghz 1333FSB) Quad Core Tech Motherboard Dell Memory 6 gb Graphics Card ATI Radeon 256MB HD3650 Sound Card Intergrated 7.1 Channel Audio Monitor(s) Displays Dell SP2009W 20" Keyboard Dell USB Keyboard Mouse Dell Premium Optical USB Cooling Fan Hard Drives 640 GB Serial ATA Hard drive Internet Speed DSL 2.85 |

Run a full scan, it may take time. Step one is to be sure that the system is clean. Deep scan would be a good idea. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell XPS 420 OS Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, clean install, upgrade disc CPU Intel Core2 processsor Q8200(2.33Ghz 1333FSB) Quad Core Tech Motherboard Dell Memory 6 gb Graphics Card ATI Radeon 256MB HD3650 Sound Card Intergrated 7.1 Channel Audio Monitor(s) Displays Dell SP2009W 20" Keyboard Dell USB Keyboard Mouse Dell Premium Optical USB Cooling Fan Hard Drives 640 GB Serial ATA Hard drive Internet Speed DSL 2.85 |

I have,
i've ran the system scan as well as the deep system scan, it says it found no threats.....
i think im gonna get the malwarebytes just in case, but can only reply with the results tomorrow the 31 jan.
but if i do run the Malwarebytes, will it disrupt bitdefender in any way... or cause further harm to my PC..? | My System Specs | | OS windows 7 ultimate 32 bit CPU intel core duo e6300-2.8 ghz dual core Motherboard MSI G31M3 socket 775 Memory 2Gb DDR2-800Mhz RAM Graphics Card ATI radeon HD4670 1Gb Screen Resolution 1680 x 1050 Keyboard Logitech internet 350 Mouse logitech laser x1000 PSU Gigabyte odin 370 watt ATX V2.3 Case Coolermaster Elite 310 midi case Hard Drives One internal-500Gb
