my mouse curser goes huge then my screen goes weird

I got windows 7 ultimate 32 bit about 3 weeks ago.

When I start my computer up, the mouse curser is either bigger than usual when i type my password in, or it is bigger when i am eventually in. when the mouse is bigger everything is slower, like for instance the right click menu take forever to load.

about a minute or so, my screen goes wierd, and everything is messed up.

I switch my computer off by the plug, for the power button on the computer doesn't work. it gives me a choice of safe mode...etc. i choose safe mode, then restart my computer in safe mode, on most occasions this helps, on others it doesn't.

sometimes i have sat for a half an hour restarting my computer in safe mode, leaving it for ten minutes and restarting it again.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lets check the most important thing first, then we can work on the problem if not found with this attempt If you are able to do this with your problem

Run a full anti virus scan

Download and run malwarebytes.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

If you are not able to even perform these tasks let us know and we will repair using other methods.
Let us know that happens.

If you have Bitdefender, I think that is the full package, checks for malware and virus. Just run a full scan with that, forget malwarebytes and get back with the results. Run the full or total scan.

Run a full scan, it may take time. Step one is to be sure that the system is clean. Deep scan would be a good idea.

I have,
i've ran the system scan as well as the deep system scan, it says it found no threats.....

i think im gonna get the malwarebytes just in case, but can only reply with the results tomorrow the 31 jan.

but if i do run the Malwarebytes, will it disrupt bitdefender in any way... or cause further harm to my PC..?

Dont run the malwarbytes, not necessary. Look at the post above, Skunksmash may have a solution. He is good, we are lucky to have him here.
