Dual-booting Windows XP Home - Windows 7 Ultimate Build 7000
 
 


I was just thinking about where *** i was reading it to from Maximum PC Tomshardware or bit-tech.net they said it was in the new build the next day I ran windows Update there was i think 7 or more updates after i could use the windows+ 1 to 9 to launch the application if any one can give any info that would be good thanks

Here's the only link I can find on it. No one said this was the official RC, just build 7068 that was issued to OEM testers supposedly.

You will not see this on Connect. I'm on Connect and TechNet, but this build is only available for vendors, TAP, etc. There is a Connection that you and I do not have access to. Unless it leaks, this news should be taken for what it's worth, just information.

I think we should have all made the move to x64 years ago, unfortunately that lack of people wanting to take it up is holding back all the major development, if everyone was faster to adopt new technology we would be looking at 128 bit or 256 bit by now and then you would still get some people saying why should we give up 64 bit.

Sorry i should have made my post less cryptic, it was about me agreeing with wguimb about people going offtopic and turning the thread into a "which is better x86 or x64" argument. But we would never do that here right.
