Build 7000 - Only 3 of 4 partitions show? I'm running Build 7000 on my Acer laptop. I currently have XP Pro, XP Home, Vista Ultimate (x32) and Windows 7 x32 (7000) running on it.
Each OS is installed onto it's own 80GB partition. I can see each partition as it's own drive under all the other OSs for a total of 4 drives, but under Windows 7 I see only the Windows 7, XP Pro and Vista Ultimate drives - 3.
Is this normal, or do I have something misconfigured?
Thanks in advance! | My System Specs |

I do tech support work for applications that my company sells, and due to the large selection of different PCs that our apps land on, as well as large selection of OSs, I have both installed so that I can test things out on one versions versus the other.
Our application also uses Word for a lot of it's functions, so, I have Word 2003 installed on Home and Word 2007 installed on Pro for testing purposes. Yes, I realize that you can have both installed at the same time, but that really irritates our application, so, we tell the customers not to do it as well :-) | My System Specs | | Computer type Laptop System Manufacturer/Model Number HP DV7-7135US OS Windows 7 x64 Home Premium, Professional and Ultimate, Ubuntu x64 CPU i7-3610QM @ 2.30ghz Memory 16GB Graphics Card Intel HD 4000 Screen Resolution 1600x900 |

Our applications don't always install right on one OS or the other. In one case, we had to create a new user type on XP home. In another case, they coded the installshield to look for XP home but not XP pro, so, running the install on XP pro simply resulted in an error stating that it wasn't a supported OS.
Long story really, but, we have definitely found the need to have multiple versions of the same OS for testing. | My System Specs | | Computer type Laptop System Manufacturer/Model Number HP DV7-7135US OS Windows 7 x64 Home Premium, Professional and Ultimate, Ubuntu x64 CPU i7-3610QM @ 2.30ghz Memory 16GB Graphics Card Intel HD 4000 Screen Resolution 1600x900 Build 7000 - Only 3 of 4 partitions show? problems?
