I could go back to Vista easily; in fact, I am using Vista right now, and I haven't touched my 7 machine for a few days.

I do not fully understand your post. Are you making a statement, that you like 7 so much that you cannot go back to Vista or are you asking can you actually go back?
Jonhathan read it to mean the first meaning. I acutally am not sure.

Since Jonathan answered one scenario, I will answer the other.

If you updated with an retail version of 7 and you have the DVD for Vista, you can go back.

If you used the upgrade version, you may be able, but not legally. The underlying OS is legally voided.

You have 2 answers now. I am sure one will satisify your curisosity.

    Good luck

I now understand you want to go back to Vista? If you want to remove Windows 7, delete the partition it is on, and run Startup Repair 3 times.

You may need to set the Vista partition as Active again. Follow the instructions in my post here to do that.

If you have any questions or problems, be sure to let us know. We will be more than willing to assist you.

Is there anything that we could help you with in 7 to resolve your gripes with it?
