according to MS the RC1 need to be released in May so how come this is leaked already?

if the release is in May so MS didn't finish the next build but its already out for
download? sounds like bull**** to me,
can anyone confirm this is the real deal?
let me remind you that build 7057 was also tagged as RC1.

also where can i see a changelog for this build?

Ok here we go again :

No it probably is not " THE RC1" that everyone is awaiting eagerly, build 7068 is just another leaked build, probably containing bugfixes and small ui changes from previous builds, so if you want to try it out then download it and try it, if not then just wait till May when MS will officially relese
the RC1.
As you can see there are a lot of enthusiasts here who download every build and install it just to see what is new/changed from the previous builds, and to see whether there are any stability/speed increases.
On the other hand there are people who want to install one build once and then use it for as long as they can.
There is nothing wrong with either of these approaches, or as they say " to each his own " .

Cheers.

Hi there

I tried this and all I get is just a word document with a load of links to RAR files.

I must be doing something wrong. Still I've finished downloading from the small nova -- got a passable 1.5 ==> 2.5 mb/sec for the 64 bit torrent.

However for future reference -- what do I do with the word file -- manually download all those files individually and then build an ISO (not a problem).

Everyone else seems to have managed it so I must be doing something incredibly idiotic.

HELP !

I've upped my upload speed to unlimited so hopefully this will help other users on the small nova.
I'll leave the seed on until tommorrow evening -- going to watch footie this evening -- Holland V Scotland and then drink some Beers in a nice Amsterdam cafe.

thanks
jimbo

I will be very surprised if there is going to be a change log for this build.

In the word file there are links to both x86 and x64 builds,
they are uploaded on Rapidshare ( file hosting service )
so what you do is download those files ( either the x86 or x64 build ), then using winrar you unpack the respective iso files of these builds, and then burn these on dvds.

Well maybe not an official change log, but someone's bound to make an unofficial list of what is changed/different compared to other builds.
