When you say 'Drive' do you mean your HD or DVD drive?
I'm trying a fresh install of 7068 from running setup in 7000, I'm hoping upon reboot it will have the drivers and finish.. hopefully I can just kill the windows.old and be left with a nice clean copy, lol.. I'll let you know how it goes..
nice.. just blue screened after reboot.. guess I'll try a flat upgrade..
Changing icon of .txt shortcut in desktop doesn't work.
When sending photo via skype and opening at the same time with default pic viewer, it opens it in the background.
Can't reproduce this: had 2 separate tabs for .txt docs, no idea why
It just didn't have (or know to load) the SAS controller driver.. I'm attempting a flat upgrade now after loading 7000 and doing nothing more than updating it.. Fingers crossed..
I gotta say, even if I stick with 7000 for the time being, aside from those few issues I posted it was rock solid.. I guess I can try a build in between if this doesn't work.
I upgraded from build 7000 x64 to 7057 x64 without a problem. Now I trying to upgrade from 7057 to 7068 x64 and have found two problems:
a) first message said that said the Ati manager center was the culprit, i uninstalled it.
b) now its saying that I need more space in my drive C: (seagate 80 gb), although I have 11 gb free.
(Asus p5q del, intel E8400, 2 gb ram (kingston), 1 Seagate Sata 80 gb and 1 Seagate Sata 1.5 Tb, HD 3850 Powercolor)
I did a fresh install in other desktop computer and it was ok
Any help would be appreciated.
