Can't write in English! (frome israel.....)

I didn't know if it belong here so if not tell me and ill move the post

OK I have a huge promblem!!!!!

I write alote in english and a few days ago my Windows 7 started to make some problems in writing in English.

For you guys to help me I changed my default language to English so you can understand the pics....

Well my problem is that every few hours (it can be few minutes to...) this Language band disappear:

And because of that I can't switch frome Hebrew to English (I can write in Hebrew but not in English!!). Well.... I can write in English if I write in Caps Lock OR..... (the other selosion)

The other selosion that I found is to go here:

and to switch the marked part to English from Hebrew (or upside down) and then to change it back.

Of course this is just a temporary selosion.......

I have to say that my Windows never had problems before!!!!! and when it happend I decided (frome other reasons too....) to install an other Windows and it still came back....

I have to write in English!!!!!!!! please help me!!!!!!!!!

This post I wrote with the temporary selosion......

P.S. sorry if I had any writing mistakes.....

Ok, I don't now about that disappearing thing, if you right click taskbar, under toolbars, there should be and language bar to...for switching between languages (English is not my native language), I'm using alt+shift. I'm not clicking Can't write in English! (frome israel.....)-capture.jpg

    cheers

i had a friend who had the above problem, until he figuired out that the external mouse he had connected through the usb port, the driver was conflicting somehow, and caused your problem. he downloaded a previous driver and it worked.
does it happen only when some usb gets connected ?

    fireman:
what grimmjow meant above, is that you do not need the bar to switch between languages, you can use the shortcut of the "alt" and "shift" key together.

about the usb, even though it worked until a certain date, it could be the computer updated itself and caused a confliction between the language and a certain driver.
i would make a test, and restart the computer, putting in one usb at a time, use the computer a little, if it works go to the next one, until you catch one with a problem, or etc...

    for the grinjow answer:

I know how to switch languages..... I do it only with the shortcut..... but when the bar is gone I know that I can't write in English and the problem came back.....

    for the usb:

the problem is that it can work for days and hours without doing problems..... and I can open my computer and 10 min after I can't write in English so I can't see if it workes with your selosion...... It not like I can't allways write in English..... it comes and go.

I see you already know how to get to keyboard input settings
Click Langauge bar tab and try these functions.
    Check Docked in the taskbar
Show additional language bars if you wish...

hmm. I am not familiar with this problem but a little searching and I found this. Follow to bottom of page for last step:

Language Bar Missing in Vista or Windows 7 | Sysprobs.com

This step entails creating a registry entry. post here for help if you are uncertain or unfamiliar with the registry.
