Can't view my Temporary Internet Files

Why i can't view my Temporary Internet Files?
In Disc Cleanup shows 406mb,
but when i pres the view button the folder...
C:\Users\X\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5
is empty.I create a shortcut but the same thing...
My options are in show hidden files and folders.

File and Folder - Hide or Unhide[2]=File Folder Settings

If they are hidden, you can use this tutorial to view them
