If richc46 advise does not work,(It should it's the same thing)

    You can Try this,
You can change your Keyboard layout by Clicking start and type in Change Keyboards or other input methods, Hit enter.

A window will pop up and and a button saying Change Keyboards in that window. Click that.

Then One more window will show up and in the General Tab you can add or remove keyboard layouts..

    Hope this Helps...

Hello Ananth, and welcome to Seven Forums.

As Ryan posted above, double check to make sure that you have the correct keyboard input language selected, and that the keyboard is made for that same language. For example a US English input language may not match up with UK English layed out keyboard.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

Go to Start-accesories-Ease of Access-On Screen Keyboard...
Go to Keyboard Tab and choose the following(Enchance Keyboard, regular Layout and 101 keys)...
    Hope this helps!!!
