    I messed up my fonts

Seems uninstalling a software also uninstalled some of the fonts (just my guess)
Now all the browser fonts are messed up /changed with smaller fonts.

few of the software also having the same problem to the point that I cant even use them anymore.

Anyway to reset the fonts & install if something is missing?

Use system restore to go back to before you installed the software. If that fails, run sfc / scannow or get the Fonts folder from another PC, and paste them in. Reboot after you do this.

Thanks that did the job but now my uninstalled software are back so I need to get rid of them & fear that uninstalling might cause the same issue again.

I would guess that it is because he did the system restore (apparently, by only going back to before the uninstall, instead of the install). The only control of fonts that I'm aware of in Windows is by right clicking the desktop, select Personalize>Windows Color>Advanced Appearance Settings, but these are global settings. In Opera one can choose any fonts that they wish for the interface or webpages.

If the OP uninstalled the software, then restored to a point where the software didn't exist on his system, how can the program be back?

Right, wrong restore point. Then the solution would be to undo the restore and run it again, making sure the right point is chossen.

Sorry for the confusion, I only had 2 restore point showing in the list
one when I uninstalled that software
another when I installed that software so I restored at that point, I will see if I can manually delete that program folder & clean the registry.

Restore the first point and try again - manually deleting data can cause issues.
