    corrupt recycle bin

Folks, I have done something aggravating to my windows 7 64 setup.
I continually receive the message on start-up and when I delete an files . " The Recycle Bin on C:\ is corrupted Do you want to empty the Recycle bin on this drive? " If I click on yes , I get another pop-up message Box " Destination Path too long ".
I Have reloaded windows 7 Home premium 64 and finally up graded to Ultimate 64.

Do you have any suggestions as to how I can fix this?

This answer probably won't be of much help to you, but if I were you, I would just reinstall Windows from scratch. Sometimes it may just be easier to start over rather than to try and fix something.

I just want to add some information for the OP available to him in case he has any future issues. If you'll scroll down this thread or any thread you will see a list of the same or similar issues, some check marked as resolved others with just more suggestions. Just a little tid bit of information to store away. Welcome to seven forums. enjoy. Fabe
