    Hello Shayx,

Double check to see if your Start Menu Pin To area is still enabled.

    Hope this helps,

ok i have to fix this problem.

i noticed every other program is ok, for example word, photoshop, media player
i can see their jump list and add/remove items.
only with the "windows explorer" i can't do anything, there is a jumplist but all the folders i pinned is gone and i can't add new folders.
i tried unpinning the windows explorer and re pinning but the problem isn't solved.

    what else can i do?

    Shayx,

You could see if a repair install may be able to fix this for you.

Try this. Doing this will remove all the pinned items on all your programs (you'll have to re pin), but the functionality of the windows explorer jumplist should be back to normal.

Jump Lists - Reset and Clear All Items

    1. Delete all files in %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations
    2. Delete all files in %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\CustomDestinations
    3. Reboot
