Help! Disk read error

    I fixed this problem by either changing the keyboard or making sure the SATA and power cables was pushed in properly on the HDD and the mobo. Probably the latter.

    Thanks very much for your input PLooB and a very warm welcome to 7forums.
    I got my problem sorted out some time ago with the help of these guys and I'm glad you got your boot sorted as well.
    This forum has helped me out many times and everybody is very friendly.
