remove ray of light

    remove ray of light


    if i mouse over the show desktop button i see my desktop and a ray of light effect across the screen

    cool

    but when i take mouse off i notice that the taskbar is still transparent but shows the ray of light

    Never noticed it, but I do too. You will notice it more or less depending on the color desk top. As I said I have the same thing, but not too noticable because of the desktop background.

    No streaking here, but I haven't tried it with different desktops. Is it possible that it is due to the video drivers?

    It is normal effect, and if you didn't have it, something would be wrong.

    Hmm, since I don't have it, then you are saying that something is wrong? I don't think so.

    It can be seen, more or less, depending on the desktop colors etc. I never saw it until this post. I look very closely and it is there.

    The ray of light is extended from the taskbar isn't it?

    Attachment 1 is of the normal view, and attachment 2 is with show desktop, and you can see where the ray of light starts.

    So looks like this is normal.

    Odd, because I never saw this before a moment ago, when I moused over it with an app maximized, doing the same thing with all windows minimized...no streaking.
