    Display Documents in Folder Alphabetically

How do I get the folders and files in my documents and subsequent folders into alphabetically? Starting with files/folders starting with "0" and "Z".

In the screenshot you can see the files and folders are out of order. I have tried the right click thing that you could do in Windows XP but the option includes every single file under the folders and everything.

Thanks, I will give that a try.
I'm just a messy girl, I try to keep things in order, but there is constantly something I have to download.

Thanks so much its fixed it, I kept trying the usual way, but it kept listing everything alphabetically.
