Well the problem is i had windows7 installed but i also wanted to install windowsXP professional that i did after doing so i was not able to see the option for my Windows 7 boot so i repaired startup options for Windows 7 using its DVD then i resolved it i can now use Windows 7 but i dun see the option to select winXP
so is there any way to restore it back? so it gives me options like following
please select any following options to proceed
Older versions of windows
Windows 7
or something like that??? please help!!

Go to this link install said software and fiddle about with it. It is easy to get the jist but if you need any more help you know where we are. I can't remember where it's stated, but you're never supposed to install 2 OS' (Windows, at least) on the same drive, without the use of something like EasyBCD.
Even if it's the same OS, they mess with eachother and cause problems.
You could potentially end up losing data
