Another method: Start > right click on All Programs > Open all users > open the Programs folder and see whether you can find the Accessories in there ( normally 1st or 2nd in line). This should be a complete set.

When I go to that folder on my machine everything is perfect.
And now with all this newly aquired knowledge we lost the OP - LOL.
Well I think it is as was suggested that his profile is corupted, and he needs to make another one.
I was just trying the Restore first just in case that fixed it, but he Knows best.
