Windows 7 - Win7 64bit pc icon images loading very slow

| | Win7 64bit pc icon images loading very slow pc i7cpu with 8gigs of ram The icons would load almost as soon as I opened the folder now they load very slow the main file types that are very slow are TIFFs and PDFs - they load an image of the file as an icon. How do I get them to load faster? |
