MSC (Microsoft System Console) list/description

Good People,

Many features of Windows 7 are easily accessed & controlled via those files in your windows\system32 folder which end in .MSC

Probably the best knows is GPEDIT.MSC

Attached is a list of those .msc files with a very, very short description of each.

When you get in a curious mood, then START | type the name of one of those files | Enter key.

Oh yes, did you know that simply tapping the WIN key (the one with the MS wavy flag on it) is the same thing as clicking on the START orb?

Also, you can create your MMC console, pin it to the taskbar and have a centralized console for the tasks you do frequently.
