How do I format and re-install Windows 7 Uprgade?

    Hello,
OK so back in December, I downloaded the upgrade version of Windows 7 Home Premium from Digital River. I didn't feel like formatting back then, so it just upgraded my system from Vista to 7. They sent me a confirmation email including my product key and such. They also included this...

"You may choose to download an Executable file to start your upgrade immediately or an ISO image, which you can burn to DVD and create your own bootable media. You may choose to download either or both.

    DLMWin7HP32CAen-ISO.exe"

OK, so here is where it gets tricky for me. My computer is running excessively slow, and now I want to format it. How do I create a bootable dvd so that I can format my computer and install Windows 7? I am not the most tech savvy person, so please give me instructions that are easy!

    Thanks so much!

Thanks for the reply, I shall follow the guide, but how do I make a bootable dvd? I have saved the ISO file to my computer, where do I go from there?

The Official ImgBurn Website ... That program should cover you on burning the dvd but beware of alot of those torrents out there if that's how you got it...

    Hi.
This will convert the iso to DVD for you, as you've already saved it on your PC - Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool

On a side note.. iso files can be burned directly in W7 but requires a program to do so on any other windows platform

OK, sorry if you all think I'm an idiot, but is the following file an actual ISO file? Or does it need to be converted or something? In my confirmation email it says:

"You may choose to download an Executable file to start your upgrade immediately or an ISO image, which you can burn to DVD and create your own bootable media. You may choose to download either or both.

    DLMWin7HP32CAen-ISO.exe

After I downloaded it to my desktop, when I right click it, the option of "burn disc image" is not present. Help!
