Program running, use forced shutdown
Keep getting "Program running, forced shutdown" when I shutdown Win 7. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

There is a delay when you shut down, restart, or log off a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2

A point that is often over looked is that when you choose the forced shut down, you may damage the program that is still running.
