you should know by now public RC was moved to may.
edit: was just thinking, maybe this "major" announcment is in fact that they will stick with original date in april with RC ? hm hm... Also if this is not RC, this might be first build of RTM branch and that would mean RC was compiled already. They did something similar with beta1/RC branch. We will know more tomorrow probably tho

Changelog:
1. Improved networking support, The work within the local network.
2. Added support for some previously incompatible programs.
3. Extras in the LP and small cosmetic interface improvements.
4. Added support for new drivers for various of devices.
5. Extended support for sensory based displays.
6. A small optimization and changes in the nucleus(?).
Also it came from a Russian site so sorry if there is some mistakes.

3. Extras in the Favourites folder of IE, like links to maps of real-time satellite pictures which are updated every 2 seconds.
4. Added personal 24/7 support in case of crashes. That's very nifty because it doesn't crash anymore.
5. Extendet support for making your Windows 7 more personal. Just saiy it - and we program it ... just for you.
6. A small optimization and changes in the notepad.
