Windows 7: Temporary Internet Files ??

I need an answer to my question and perhaps some solutions .
When youtube video is played,It is stored inside Temporary Internet Files(folder) in xp and it can be easily copied elsewhere but i found it impossible with windows 7.Since the temporary video is stored in Temporary Internet Files/Low i can find the file but cannot copy it to other location or open it or do anything;It gives error:File is in use(opened by browser i.e youtube).And if i close the browser or play another video the temporary video file gets immediately deleted .Is there any trick without using any videodownloading soft. to copy already played videos from Temporary Internet Files/Low folder.
PS I'm using internet explorer 8 on windows 7 ultimate.

You should consider on using FF. It has a browser plug-in called "Download Helper". With this add-on, you can easily download any videos from youtube and save it in .flv format.

I have tried and found the needed video file inside C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low, the only problem is i cant copy the file elsewhere or open it,i get error copying message:file in use.
I just need a trick to copy the file

I dont need any video grabber at this moment as Im using IDM and its nice.But i wud like to save the video,i have already watched in internet explorer.I dont want to redownload the whole video just to save it

Try closing IE when you copy?

The file gets immediately deleted after i close IE

Have you tried increasing the cache via Tools->Internet Options->settings (under browsing history) in IE?

That didnt help ,The only problem is i can not copy the temporary video file from TIF/LOW to another location. i get file is opened by IE,close and try. then if i try closing IE, the file vanishes and i get error : canot find file.

I've having a problem understanding what IDM has to do with the question, because capturing doesn't have anything to do with a DLM. It won't help you retreive what you have already downloaded as you want, but this program may help with future videos.
