For your information, this is the response that I received from western digital. Should I still go ahead with the Active@Kill… download?

Thank you for your reply, Reyniel. No, the drive does not show in disk management. I guess it is into the bin then, or onto that endless storage shelf of redundant computers & bits. Oh well, it was worth a try. Thanks again for your help. Regards, Robert.02/23/2010 11:13 PM

Unfortunately, this hard drive, is not in the list of compatible drives with Windows 7.
It could work but we don't guarantee.
Does it show in Disk Management?
