I did a search, but I must not know the correct terms to use.
When I am using Windows Explorer I want it to STAY STILL!!!! What I am referring to is the Navigatin Pane, when I scroll the pane it has this really obnoxious setting where after about 1 second it snaps back to the position it was.
So I am still reading the folder names or moving my pointer to click on something and SNAP! everything moves.
I know I am dumb but can someone please tell me how to make the navigation pane stay where I just moved it?

I think it may have something to do with your mouse setup.
What do you have? Make and model.
Scroll mouse, wireless, laser, ball, blue tooth?
Have you installed any special drivers for your particular model?

It is a Logitech USB wireless wheel mouse. Did not install any drivers, shows up as HID compliant Mouse. Works perfectly.
