hey guys, just wondering if i have a windows 7 ultimate 32 bit key can i use that key on windows 7 ultimate 64 bit?

Yes, that is possible. There are not 32 and 64-bit keys. The keys apply to the edition, not architecture.

As long as you are going from Ultimate to Ultimate, or Home to Home, you will be good.
