The Rapidshare servers are busy, and I can't find an official download link. Depending on the file size, you may be able to email me the file. You may need to rename the .exe file to .txt in order to send it. Send an MSN Message to me, found in my profile under the Send Message menu.

That gives me an idea. Right-click on the file and select Troubleshoot compatibility. Alternatively, see this tutorial: Compatibility Mode

Not Much Help

Did you set special permissions? You probably have. That has worked for me a couple of times. But I don't think I have ever had an install try to modiify a system file. If that is what's happening.

Sorry Mate i'm at my office now so no way i can access it. Bacially the Error is referring to permissions. This is what you can try.

Follow this link User Account Control - UAC - Change Notification Settings and Make your UAC to Never Notify and reboot the System once.

Then Follow this link Take Ownership Shortcut and Take Ownership of the whole Windows Folder under C drive. It might take a while. Once its done try to Install it and see what happens.

Hope this helps,
Captain
