Neither of those worked. Hmmm...might have to call Toshiba on this one. Hopefully they can give me an answer since I'm not on warranty anymore. I wish Toshiba had an e-mail service. All you can do is call them and wait for 15 min for them to tell you you're not covered under warranty anymore. But they can still give general information. Sorry, a little off topic there...
