    windows 7 Boot Mgr on corsair SSD



    having boot mgr errors 4-6 times a day computer reboots out of the blue have to go into bios re-identify the bootable os drive. have a corsair force 3 120gb SSD. have daily talks with corsair tech support. AHCI is enabled in the bios & MSAHCI is changed from 1 to 0 still get BOOTMGR is missing. i have done windows startup repair no change still get bootmgr. have updated the Firmware on the Corsair SSD. have done everything i can find to do. still get BOOTMGR is missing. asus p6x58d, intel I7-970 3.2ghz windows 7 ultimate SP1.


    DON"T KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS ISSUE

    If you have updated the SSD to 1.3.3 then you will probably have to rma it. Have you tried a different port to plug it into? The marvell controller does not not run at advertised speed. Mine is plugged into the intel until the board is updated.

    thanks for the info have done all that. have already updated to 1.3.3 bios update
    that MARVELL Controller never did work.
