win 7 irc support?

Is there an official win 7 irc support channel?

Also, what is the difference between cmd and powershell?

You are welcome To answer your question, no, all that stuff wasn't in my sig. If your question was: what's all that stuff in my sig, the answer is anime character from one of my favorite anime, name is from another anime character (see avatar), and obviously, seven forums stands for the forum that I really love, and learned a lot. Hope this will clear things for you, cheers

ah for some reason i did not see your actual sig before...

can you recommend a good 'terminal' type app that is better than whatever comes up if i run the powershell command? Do these even exist for windows?

i didn't see too many channels on that irc network in your link
