I don't think cloud8521 is joking, especially when you have Vista in your System Specs

Just make sure you get all your data. Make a checklist of all the programs you have installed and verify if any of them have data or settings worth saving (Outlook, .....)

    For Trillian
Go to C:\Program Files\Trillian\users\default and backup Buddies.xml (for contacts) and the Logs folder (for chat logs).
or you can just copy the whole C:\Program Files\Trillian folder. (you won't ecen have to reinstall. just copy it back and run trillian.exe)

    For Fort'e Agent NewsReader
How do I back up my data (prior to an upgrade)?
To backup your Agent files prior to an upgrade, you need to open Windows Explorer and select the Agent directory. The default Agent directory is 'C:\Program Files\Agent'. Select the 'Agent' directory, and right click on it, then choose 'copy'. This will insure that all subdirectories are copied, including the data directory. Now change to a temporary holding directory where you will store your backup copy. Right click within this directory, and choose 'paste'. This will copy your entire Agent directory to this temporary location. If there are any issues with your upgrade, you can reverse the copy process and paste the Agent directory back into the original location to restore your copy of Agent to where it was prior to the upgrade.

Maybe 10 GB are taken by Restore Points.

Trillian and Forte for starters. Look in your programs folder for the rest. Plus in this day and age 10gb of space is not much, a few video clips and music files and 10Gb is gone!
BTW Still not sure what OS you are running, your profile says Vista but you talk of Win 7. perghaps you have both installed?
