    Windows 7 auto power up

    Hey all,
Im new here this is my first post, so hello to all the regulars that im sure will be helping me.

    My question is:

Is there a way I can get my computer to start up/power up automatically almost like an alarm clock. Lets say I wake up at 7am. Can I have it so my computer is already booted up for when I get up?

    Cheers.

if your bios supports it, you could enable RTC wakeup times in the bios

Hello urayza, welcome to Seven Forums.

You can create a task to "wake up" the machine for you; have a look at the tutorial at the link below.

Are you trying to have your computer turn on and boot from being off or are you trying to have it automatically wake from sleep or hibernation?
