| | You need to burn it to a flash drive or dvd. I use ImgBurn for this. Then reboot and install (either upgrading or clean format as per your preferance). |

| | Are you trying to run it directly from inside the iso? In which case the setup file wont find the other files it needs because the exe itself has been temporarily extracted to a temp folder but not the other needed files. |
