Hello tjedwin, is this what you're referring to, in Start Menu, in the left pane of Computer?

To change the All Programs in the start menu in the same way as in XP you should click start, then right-click All Programs and then choose either "Open" or "Open All Users". Either will open an Explorer window for you where you can create your own folders and organize your entries the way you want. The difference between the two is that some programs are installed for all users and thus they write their start menu entries in the default subfolder of C:\Users, while some are installed just for you, then the folder you are interested in is in C:\Users\your_username.
