What more can they add?
I'm hearing rumors of a 7105/7106, and a 7112. What can MS add that hasn't been added?

Is not really a matter of what more can be added. It's just on the road to the finalized Windows 7 RTM. Various bugs fixes /performance and compatibility issues and the likes. They'll just keep going till the finished product.
Lots of bug fixes and things behind the scenes.
I'd expect a major concern is seeing what problems can crop up with those upgrading from Vista -- that's got to be one of the biggest things to find out via the Release Candidate, especially since they're not making it easy to upgrade from a prior build of Windows 7 and are asking anyone who can to roll back to Vista before it.
Confirm drivers for multiple devices are included or at least compatible.
Compatibility with other programs.
Do security testing.
Work on tweaking design/appearance here and there, or adding options, layout, etc.
Expect they need to get things like 3rd party providers for Media Player sorted out.
Probably go through all the various help files and make sure they make sense as the software gets finished.
Anyway, that's the first stuff I can think of off the top of my head.
Agreed, Everything feature wise is pretty much set in stone. Now it's a matter of fine tuning whats there. The idea behind Release Candidates is to show all major work is complete, and companies look for software incompatibility and/or new bugs that arise due to varying circumstances that the everyday user doesn't end up triggering.
