Windows 7: How to make a 32bit app in VB9.0

How to make a 32bit app in VB9.0

I created an application in VB9.0 but when I compile it the application becomes 64-bit, how can i compile it in 32bit instead of 64bit?

Compile it on a 32-bits system.
