I started getting blue screens a while back, and today it was just unbearable. Load windows, get a blue screen. I rolled back the graphics driver to an older version and it SORT OF worked, I still get blue screens, it just takes me a while longer to get them.
Can anyone help?

0x124 errors are:-
- hardware problems
- compatibility issues (hardware or driver)
- corrupted driver (not all agree with this)
what make and model Power Supply do you have ?
how long have you experienced these crashes ?
Because of the limited information in the STOP 0x124 memory dumps we need to run some stress tests .......
To test memory I get consistent results by burning to CD (using an ISO burner) & running from boot memtest86+ for at least 5 passes and moving the sticks between slots to verify motherboard ram slots work as well as the ram sticks.
you also have some old drivers which need updating

My power supply is a corsair tx-750w
And as for those drivers, I know where to update the mouse ones but have no idea where and how to get and install those other ones, though to be honest, it's weird to me that the BSODs stopped happening so frequently after I rolled the drivers back.
It's been happening for maybe 4-5 days now, at first not very frequently, like once every 2 days, maybe? then today I got home, played a little Wolfenstein and got a BS. Ok, I reboot, and after a while simply browsing the web, I get another BS. It did this a couple more times and then I just could NOT get into windows at all, after I put the password in, it would simply give me a blue screen.
So ok, I boot in safe mode, it gives me a BS the first time. I try again, and it doesn't. I roll back the graphics driver, go back to normal windows and nothing happens for about 45 minutes, then it BS's again.
Is IntelBurnTest a good substitute to memtest 86? Don't have any CDs handy and it's kind of hard getting any (I live in the middle of nowhere)
well for now the most effective stress test I recommend would be prime95 although you should get results pretty quickly
try running your system with only one ram stick for a while to see if that reduces or stops the crashes after you have run prime95 of course
If you suspect the gfx card which rates very highly in causing bluescreens then you need to try borrowing one for easy elimination ?
Blue Screens usual appear when there are many hard faults, driver errors, or hardware malfunctions.
